I contacted Jenine to see if she could help with my binge eating, especially of chocolate, sweets and crisps. I had tried so many diets over the years without success and even though I was skeptical of the thought of hypnosis, I was willing to try anything. After my session with Jenine I instantly felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. It took (and still takes) willpower and determination but 6 months on and I’m at a weight that I’m happy with and no longer binge eat.
